Despite snowfall causing the cancellation of test days at Harewood and Loton Park, there were no such fears for the Westcountry hill and over 60 competitors turned up to blow away the cobwebs from the winter break.

Terry Graves set the fastest time of the day, and became the first driver to break 30 seconds at the hill this year with a 29.77s run on a hill which is always very dusty at the start of the season, but seemed to be particular well coated this year.

The 1600cc Force of Peter D. Smith and Dick Gaylard were 2nd & 3rd with Chris Cannell 4th, all in the mid-31s bracket.

We popped along for a quick look on Sunday morning and will bring some snippets of gossip over the next couple of days to ensure that you are fully in the loop!
