Harewood Dodges the Rain!

The British Hillclimb Championship spent two days in Yorkshire at weekend, visiting the long, twisty & demanding Harewood Hillclimb, nr Harrogate.

Pre-event weather forecasts suggested that the conditions would be as bad as they were at Doune three weeks ago, however that proved to not be the case and despite a spectacular downpour on Saturday evening the competitors were on slicks all weekend.

Soaking Shelsley – The Classes

Whilst the big boys were attempting to qualify for the Top 12 Shootouts at The World Famous Shelsley Walsh, the class runners were chasing hard for Leaders and Midland championship points. Wet conditions can often throw up some surprise results and this weekend was no exception.
