Hillclimb Supersports

The Hillclimb Supersports class is a variation of the ‘Clubmans’ formula which ran in circuit racing from the mid-1950s until the mid-2000s. The cars are built to a subscribed formula and they are virtually front-engined single-seaters. As these cost-effective cars have always been popular for hillclimbing a specialist class has been established. All cars must feature either a full-race 1700cc Ford engine or a standard 2000cc Vauxhall engine.
