Force Racing Cars

Founded in 1999 by Bill Chaplin, and run since 2007 by Ian Dayson, Force Racing Cars manufacture high-tech spaceframe, honeycombe monocoque and carbon monocoque hillclimb cars mainly powered by motorcycle-engines.
These nimble little cars have won Midland (Phil Cooke, Robert Kenrick & Will Hall) and Leaders (Will Hall) championships as well as a British Sprint Championship title (Tony Eyles) with an Opel V6 engined car. Rumour has it that another Unlimited Class car maybe underway for 2011.

Force 2011

It was a busy year for Force Racing Cars boss Ian Dayson with 2 new sports racers built, 3 cars at the top end of the 1600cc class, looking after John Bradburn’s Gould as well as building the all new V6 engined, top class contender.

There was a lot of success as well with Will Hall, Richard Spedding and Eynon Price all finishing in the top 12 of the BHC.

With older chassis still taking wins around the regions, the LM001 sportscars finding their feet (and reliability) and the exciting new car for Will Hall, things are looking pretty good for the Staffordshire based company.
